"Morgan was a pro's pro from the get-go and never left any stone unturned. From early in the process where she advised on necessary repairs or improvements to the guidance to accomplish those goals with recommendations on contractors and materials, it was all sage advice. As a landlord, she also helped navigate the end of the tenure of my tenant so we could properly time the listing date with a property that was vacant. This eliminated so many issues that may have arizen with showings as the house was empty for all of those walkthroughs. Her expertise in understanding the marketplace helped us agree on an asking price that was deemed fair and could possibly lead to multiple bids. And that's exactly what happened. Bids came in above asking price and continued to rise to levels that left me downright gleeful. She followed through with other realtors and we finally agreed on a price that was well above asking. There was some minor negotiating about some lingering repair issues that were resolved fairly for both sides. And that was another thing, she truly cared not just about her seller client but about the family purchasing the property. The closing went smoothly and here we are on the other side, completely delighted at her performance and that I was fortunate enough to have her on my side. I could not recommend her any higher, I would certainly engage with her again should another real estate opportunity present itself. Thank you, Morgan!"
